We are a small and responsive Building Services Engineering Consultancy practice, founded by Humphrey Clarke in 1992 afrer a career in the Army and subsequently being an Associate in two Engineering Consultancies.

Our mission is to provide sound, pragmatic advice to building owners, managers and occupants to enable their premises to be reliable and to work to the best of their capability.

In order to achieve this objective we believe it is vital to communicate with our clients in language they understand rather than using technical jargon. We also believe that controls and Building Management Systems should be intelligible to the users of them.

We are based in the Highlands but cover the UK.
